Grant Sojnocki is the Chief Transformation Officer for Able One. He is responsible for company strategy, new markets and new partnerships.

Before joining Able One, Grant served in sales, sales management, distribution, channel strategy, channel management and marketing management roles in global technology firms including IBM, Avnet and Arrow Electronics in addition to co-launching 2 tech start-ups.  

Grant is an International Senior Fellow with the Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT), an active coach of youth sports and enjoys playing adult rookie hockey. A Hamilton native, Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
